The rental rates are total prices. All ancillary costs such as water, electricity, heating and waste fee are already included as well as the cleaning. You can surf unlimited with wireless Internet access.

The deposit is a month’s rent. The rooms are terminable per month at the end of the month. The minimum stay is one month.

The accommodation fee for a second person in the room is 20.00 CHF per night. The overnight guest must be registered.
